The hotel was recently renovated and the rooms were flawless - big bathrooms, nice beds, clean, and with cold air conditioning. the staff, especially Rodica, was very helpful and spoke English. They even helped us choose the wine for dinner and patiently explained the whole menu. We also enjoyed trying the homemade honey from the town. the location of the hotel was perfect, giving us the chance to relax, experience Italian food, learn about the local history, and admire the wonderful views. Plus, there was a pool that we could use for free.
There was no English news channel available in the rooms, which was a downside for us as we like to keep up with events. there was no free Wi-Fi, which is unusual nowadays.

The rooms were recently refurbished and excellent. The bathroom was also good. The hotel is located in a great area for touring with a national park nearby and local guides available for walks.
The staff had a poor attitude, especially one particular member who was not interested in providing good service. The breakfast was very basic and could have offered more variety.
